Plant Medicine Shaman

Danny Rojas "The Desert Shaman" Founder of Sacred Healing

Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in your current situation? I’ve been there too. My life took a downward spiral after experiencing a devastating divorce, a market crash that wiped out my properties and assets, and the collapse of my businesses. I found myself in a dark place, scared, miserable, and without a clear path forward. I had alienated my friends and family, and legal battles with business associates only added to my despair. I knew there was a good, intelligent person within me, but that person was buried under layers of trauma and unprocessed pain. I turned to toxic substances to numb my feelings, but that only left me feeling more trapped. I was stuck, and I didn’t know where to turn.

Then, one day, I saw a documentary about plant medicine. Desperate for change and open to anything, I decided to explore this ancient healing practice. I began saving money for a trip to Peru, convinced that I needed to travel far to find the healing I sought. But when I set this intention, something miraculous happened—I met a Shaman in California, right where I was living. It felt like the universe had heard my plea. I didn’t need to go to Peru after all; the medicine had found me because I had made the intention to heal.

Two weeks later, I found myself sitting in a ceremony in the mountains. That weekend was nothing short of magical. I remember crying by the fire, feeling a deep release as I let go of all the trauma and generational pain that had weighed me down for so long. For the first time in what felt like forever, I was realigned with my true self. I began to see my past not as a series of burdens but as a series of gifts—opportunities for growth and transformation. I realized that my life had fallen apart because I had been living from a place of fear and lack, conditioned by my upbringing and experiences. But now, I was ready to choose love, compassion, and the path of service.

With this newfound clarity, I decided to dive deeper into plant medicine. I began apprenticing with the intention of sharing this profound gift with others. Since then, I have facilitated hundreds of ceremonies and have been honored to be initiated as a Shaman through the Q’ero lineage of the Andes in Peru. Today, I serve this sacred medicine with love, humility, strength, and compassion, holding space for others to experience the same healing and transformation that saved my life.

Plant Medicine Facilitator

Adelita Ocejo
Facilitator - English/Spanish

Hello, my name is Adelita. I am deeply connected to the natural world—a devoted lover of plants, animals, and the human spirit. My path with ancestral medicines has profoundly transformed my life, offering me purpose, perspective, and healing.

For the past seven years, I’ve been immersed in the sacred practice of plant medicine ceremonies, and for nearly six of those years, I’ve had the privilege of apprenticing under Danny.  Each ceremony we hold together has been a unique teacher, reminding me that no two journeys are ever the same.

Plant medicines hold immense healing power, and Bufo, in particular, has touched my heart in the most meaningful way. I am endlessly grateful for this medicine and the opportunities it brings for deep transformation.

It is an honor to walk beside you, to hold space with care, and to support your healing journey. Thank you for your trust—I look forward to serving you with love and reverence.

Intuitive Healer - Medical Medium - Women’s Wellness Guide

At the heart of my work is a deep love for people and a calling to help others heal—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. For over 25 years, I worked in oncology and pathology, walking beside patients as they navigated some of life’s most vulnerable moments. That experience taught me something essential: true healing extends far beyond medicine.

Healing lives in our grief, our fear, and the stories our bodies quietly hold. It exists in the unseen space where science and spirit meet.

Alongside my clinical background, I’ve spent decades developing and honoring my intuitive gifts—mediumship, clairvoyance, clairsentience, and medical mediumship. My work now integrates these sensitivities with energy healing and earth-based traditions, creating spaces where others can reconnect with themselves and remember their wholeness.

Today, I hold space for women at every stage of life—through intuitive healing sessions, women’s retreats, and a weekly circle dedicated to connection, restoration, and authentic expression. My approach isn’t bound by one method or lineage; I allow spirit and intuition to guide what each moment requires.

Whether you are navigating illness, emotional pain, or seeking peace and clarity, I am here—with compassion, presence, and an unwavering belief in the body’s wisdom and the human spirit’s capacity to heal.

Adriana (Ady) Martinez
Ceremonialist · Guardian · Guide

Adriana Martinez, fondly known as Ady Aya, walks the path of facilitator, healer, and steward of sacred ceremonial space. Her work is devoted to the intentional and respectful use of entheogenic medicines as gateways to healing, remembrance, and inner truth. Guided by ancestral wisdom, contemporary psychology, and deep reverence for the natural world, Ady holds space with presence, integrity, and devotion.

Ady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a focused study in entheogenic medicine and psychedelic-assisted therapy. This foundation allows her to thoughtfully weave modern psychological understanding with ceremonial practice, offering participants a grounded, trauma-informed, and compassionate container for deep inner work.

A proud Latina, Ady currently lives in Southern California and has previously lived in Miami, Puerto Rico, and New York. Through extensive travel and immersion in diverse cultures, she continues to deepen her understanding of the human condition—how people heal, grieve, awaken, and reconnect across different lands and traditions.

At heart, Ady is a lover of plants and animals, a medicine woman, and a lifelong student of nature’s intelligence. She is known for her steady presence and her ability to create safe, sacred, and intentional spaces that honor personal sovereignty while inviting transformation.

Beyond ceremonial facilitation, Ady is deeply devoted to supporting women on their healing journeys. She holds women’s retreats, weekly circles, and offers both 1:1 and group support. Within these spaces, women are invited into remembrance, empowerment, and sisterhood—guided with compassion, strength, and reverence for each woman’s unique unfolding.

With years of experience supporting individuals through grief, transition, awakening, and reconnection, Ady does not claim to heal others. Instead, as Ady Aya, she humbly serves as a guide—tending the ceremonial fire, protecting the container, and trusting the medicine and the inner wisdom within each person to lead the way.
