Before the Retreat:

• Preparatory Guide: Receive a comprehensive guide to prepare you for the experience.
• Community Connection: Join a communal chat and participate in a pre-retreat Zoom gathering to meet fellow travelers, address queries, and set intentions.

Upon Arrival:

• Warm Welcome: Facilitators Danny and Jael greet you at our desert sanctuary.
• Ceremonial Preparation: Engage in collective exercises and discussions centered around the ceremony's essence. We open our sacred space with the four winds and power animals, set our intentions, and perform a tobacco cleansing and breathing exercises before taking the medicine.

Throughout the Weekend:

• Morning Integration: Start each day by breaking bread and sharing experiences in an integration circle.
• Gentle Movements: Enjoy serene hikes, restorative yoga, floral baths, or cold plunges.
• Contemplative Talks: Participate in shamanic rituals and meaningful discussions.
• Evening Ceremonies: Prepare for two nights of journeying with the Grandmother Aya.

Post-Ceremony:

• Nourishing Meals: Reflect and integrate your experiences over a wholesome meal.
• Integration Workbook: Receive a guide to help you reintegrate into daily life.
